Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibeLearn, an AI-powered educational workspace developed by TeachCompute. By using VibeLearn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VibeLearn.
1. Who we are
VibeLearn is provided by TeachCompute S.A.S., located at Carrera 35 # 19 - 620, Medellín, Colombia. Contact us at vibelearn@teachcompute.com.
2. The service
VibeLearn helps users create and study structured educational content. Features may include personalized course generation, saved courses, lessons, quizzes, flashcards, explanations, research grounding, AI tutor-style feedback, generated visuals, and payment-gated course unlocks.
Features may change over time. Some features may be experimental, asynchronous, incomplete, or subject to availability of third-party providers.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use VibeLearn. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information where required.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use VibeLearn for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Violate academic integrity policies, school rules, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, drafts, courses, payment records, or private data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or interfere with the service.
- Submit malware, secrets, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Use generated content as professional advice in regulated fields without qualified review.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, notes, documents, files, URLs, and other content you submit to VibeLearn. You grant VibeLearn a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, transform, display, and create outputs from your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and permit VibeLearn to process it.
6. Generated content
VibeLearn may generate courses, lessons, quizzes, summaries, visuals, explanations, source briefs, and other outputs using AI. Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use generated outputs for personal educational purposes.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, bias, unsupported claims, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and verifying important information.
7. Academic integrity
VibeLearn is intended to support learning, understanding, practice, and study. You are responsible for using VibeLearn consistently with your school, university, employer, or institution’s policies. Do not submit AI-generated work as your own if that violates applicable rules.
8. Payments
Paid features may be processed through Wompi. Prices may be shown in Colombian pesos (COP) or another currency where applicable. By purchasing, you authorize payment processing and agree to provide accurate billing information.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the course features have not been extensively accessed. Until a formal refund policy is published, payment support requests should be sent to vibelearn@teachcompute.com.
9. Third-party services
VibeLearn depends on third-party services such as cloud infrastructure and database hosting, generative artificial intelligence service providers, PostHog, Wompi, Firecrawl gateway, and public search and video indexing APIs. Your use of VibeLearn may involve these services, and their terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Beta and experimental features
Some features, including AI-generated assets, videos, Manim-style renders, source research, and advanced course materialization, may be experimental. Experimental features may fail, be delayed, produce placeholders/fallbacks, or be removed.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using VibeLearn, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
VibeLearn, TeachCompute, the VibeLearn name, product design, software, systems, prompts, workflows, brand assets, and other service materials are owned by TeachCompute or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of VibeLearn software or brand assets to you.
13. Disclaimers
VibeLearn is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, professional, or academic-integrity advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachCompute and VibeLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or educational outcomes arising from your use of the service.
Our maximum monetary liability cap under these terms is the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using VibeLearn at any time and may request deletion of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Colombia, with disputes resolved exclusively in the courts of Medellín, Colombia.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
