This Privacy Policy explains how VibeLearn, an educational technology platform developed by TeachCompute, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, course-generation tools, learning workspaces, and related services.

For purposes of this Policy, "VibeLearn," "TeachCompute," "we," "us," and "our" refer to our legal entity operating the platform. "You" means the student, educator, or other individual utilizing VibeLearn.

1. Core Functionality and Artificial Intelligence

VibeLearn provides an intelligent workspace designed to synthesize learning goals, prompts, and reference materials into structured educational assets. To achieve this, we utilize proprietary orchestration pipelines and advanced artificial intelligence models.

Generated educational content is provided for supplemental learning purposes and should be independently verified before being relied upon for academic, professional, legal, or medical decisions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect identity and access data, learning context, user-provided source material, generated assets, telemetry and diagnostics, and transactional records required to operate the platform securely and personalize the workspace.

3. How We Utilize Information

The information we collect is used to authenticate access, process source materials through AI pipelines, generate tailored educational content, analyze aggregated platform telemetry, communicate service updates, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Sovereignty and AI Processing

When you submit educational materials to VibeLearn, we process that content to fulfill your generation requests. You retain all underlying intellectual property rights to your original source materials.

We leverage enterprise-grade, third-party AI service providers to process these requests. We maintain strict data boundaries and configure our generation pipelines such that your personal educational content is not intentionally utilized by foundational model providers to train their public, general-purpose models.

5. Infrastructure and Subprocessors

To deliver a highly available and secure platform, VibeLearn relies on trusted, industry-leading cloud infrastructure and service partners for hosting, database management, file storage, AI inference, secure payments, analytics, and telemetry monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with infrastructure partners to the extent necessary to provide the VibeLearn service.

6. Security Stance

We implement a defense-in-depth approach to platform security, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, token-based authentication protocols, and strict logical separation of user workspaces. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

VibeLearn retains account data, course drafts, and generated assets within your persistent workspace as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, and accounting purposes.

8. Regional Compliance and User Rights

VibeLearn operates globally while respecting regional data protection frameworks, including the principles of Habeas Data such as Ley 1581 de 2012 in Colombia and equivalent international standards.
